we live in a Hi-Tech World in stem skills are going to help kids succeed in that world you're seeing that the jobs are going to engineering computer science or getting a lot of high-tech Golden Earring driven job so it's supposing kids to the stem disciplines really makes a huge difference  what's about just showing what's possible but it's doing making the things as getting your hands on it like building the hardware soldering it yourself programming yourself all that stuff for the kids love that we watch for the students for Innovations design and green technology and they got to build we give them a budget so they can work as a business plan I know you do presentations so they have a semester to build this vehicle from A to Z  the students that are in the stem program are very diverse group they're all kinds of kids kids who are really good at math and science and kids who have struggled at math and science our kids are doing some amazing things both in the classroom and then on we cancer competing nationally and internationally in different robotics event so that's very impressive and you know I don't think a lot of other school districts out there have a K-12 Pro no more kids are involved in engineering from a very early age that we are ahead of the Curve one of the reasons I was told that girls tend not to follow through is because they didn't it was a meaningful path that they would be able to make positive change in the world and the reality is if you want to make positive change in the world what better way than to be an engineer is cool if you want to be a magician then you need to be involved with tech because Tech is like magic to a lot of people to do this without PE off without PS fund and it's a great program for everyone to have fun in
