This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, you can be in Independent Study and play a sport and/or a 7th period afterschool activity. 
Only if the club is an afterschool club.  You may not be on the high school campuses during the school day. 

Most college prep and honors courses are offered.  There are some AP Courses however, MCR level courses are not available.  PVPUSD has used APEX courses in the past and may continue to do so.  An example of courses may be found here: https://www.apexlearning.com/catalog

No, the teacher(s) are there to check progress and ensure students are mentored to stay on track. 
Meetings and assessments must be in person unless there is a circumstance that makes it impossible to come in person. 
No, there will be a graduation for Independent Study students. 
The comprehensive high schools allow students from RDM and Independent Study program to attend Prom.  Senior activities that are on campus during the school day will not be open to Independent Study students.
