Proud employee, Maja Rancic, describes her time serving PVPUSD

hi I'm Maya rancich I'm the health clerk here at Maric Catalina Elementary I've worked for pvpusd for going on 16 years here at Maric Catalina the whole time well it starts with drop off making sure the kids get out of their car is okay coming into the office getting on campus correctly and then right off the bat we start with boo boos and headaches and stomach aches and all the fun stuff that little kids go through through the day and that pretty much takes up 99% of my day just starting off with uh how the community comes together when anything happening from movie Nights to sketch a walks to fundraisers I mean we're talking the whole Community just comes in and they're so generous and so wonderful and get things done pretty quickly so we can always count on the community to together and and help us out with pretty much anything that we need so we're pretty fortunate there's a story where this little TK came in to the health office petrified and of course he fell and whatever I helped him out and he had a nice little conversation literally the next day he brought his little friend that was also petrified and he said to his little friend I'm taking you to the help office not the health office but the help office so I felt wow I'm more than just Band-Aids in this little community and this little little place I actually helped these kids not just with Band-Aids but with many other things which really makes me proud to be part of part of this community community
