hi my name is Tina Harter and I've been working with PPP USD since 2007 well I start the day going up to the playground or the launch area with the children we did most days usually out every um with a hug from somebody which is what makes my day actually here at Depoe Grace so it makes me uh feel great and it makes me smile we take care of the children on the playground maybe they might get a scrape on their knee we put a Band-Aid on when they're having oh little corals with their friends we kind of come in and just basically ask them to say sorry to each other and be kind to each other and usually once they say sorry it's the problems already it's already solved I do the traffic at deploy um every day uh the pickup traffic at Del grey in our long long pickup line and I enjoy it very much I get to during the day I have my relationships with the children and then after school I had my relationships with the parents and it's wonderful to me that I get to call their names and safely put the kids in the car and say goodbye to them with a smile and I just really enjoy doing the traffic and and I wouldn't change it I just I love it I take my job very seriously every single day um come in Hope every day with a smile leave with a smile I love working with the kids actually I had good relationships with the principals and all the teachers and I call all of all of them my friends
