Proud employee, Alicia Kao talks about her years serving PVPUSD.

my name is Alicia Cole and I am a second grade and third great teacher here at Cornerstone I teach the combo 2 3 combo I am on my 8th year this year first thing is I wake up in the morning I get my own kids ready for school I come to school I get here a little early to prep the schedule um prepare uh task for my teaching parents to work on and um I go through the day with all my kids and I end the day at 3:00 go home and have my home life and I start over again the next day cornerstones of great example of what community looks like because as a teacher we work closely together with our team um our staff our faculty from all the classified employees and especially with the parents so in that respect we have a lot of parts of the community within the school here I'm most proud of the fact that I graduated 2 incredibly great teenage girls that are now ready for the real world and I I uh you know our credit PDP USD for helping us make that happen and so now they're well adjusted adults out in the community
