Accessing your Dental and Vision benefits:
Click on the Delta Dental or VSP icons above to go to the website of your choice. Create a new account using your social security number. Once you're logged in, you can browser for dental or vision services that accept the insurances, print an ID card, or see your summary of benefits. Making an appointment doesn't require an ID card--simply using your social security number when calling the facility is sufficient to have them look up your insurance information.

Setting up 403b(b)/457(b) contributions:
You don't need to wait for open enrollment to start, stop, or change your 403(b) or 457(b) contributions. Click on the TDS (Tax Deferred Solutions) icon above to start the process. Enter your state and start typing Palos Verdes Peninsula USD and it will automatically populate for you to click on. Once you're in the online submission form, fill out the required information to start, change or cancel your desired contributions. You will need to have a third-party vendor selected from the side bar on the right to have an account number available for your contributions. If you haven't done so already, please contact the vendor of your choice by clicking on the embedded link on the name. Follow the prompts and submit the form online. Payroll does NOT accept any paper forms in person. If you have any questions about your contributions, please contact the vendor directly.
For any other benefits or insurance questions, please contact the Employees' Insurance Plan Technician, Sheila Varga, at [email protected] or call (310) 378-9966 extension 88438.
