Important update regarding Mutual of Omaha life insurance plans. If you are currently enrolled in a Voluntary Life/AD&D plan with Mutual of Omaha, now is your chance to increase your coverage if you wish to do so. You can increase your coverage by $10,000 (up to the maximum coverage limit) and do NOT have to undergo a health screening.

Medical, Dental and Vision Open Enrollment
The “Open Enrollment” period for Medical, Dental and/or Vision Plans is September 20, 2021 through October 15, 2021 with changes effective January 1, 2022. You may add coverage or dependents during this period. Dependents may be deleted anytime.
