PALOS VERDES ESTATES, CA - The Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District (PVPUSD) -The District is excited to announce that Cornerstone at Pedregal Elementary School Principal Suzanne Wildey has been selected to be the new Coordinator, in the Educational Services Division.

Suzanne Wildey has called Cornerstone Elementary School her home since 2007. During her tenure, she served as a teacher, parent, and, most recently, the principal. She has worked hard to embrace and advance the parent participation model that Cornerstone has developed and implemented since 1993 so that it continues to thrive in excellence. Suzanne grew up in Palos Verdes and attended PVPUSD schools from Kindergarten through 12^th grade. She knows the District well and believes in PVPUSD's mission of putting kids first. Currently, pursuing her doctorate degree from USC in Leading Instructional Change, she is excited to join the Educational Services Team to continue their great work while developing further instructional support systems to ensure student success.

Suzanne said, "The thought of leaving Cornerstone is extremely challenging as I have been there for many years, and I truly love the parents, staff, and students with all my heart. I feel passionate about my new role in Educational Services as a Coordinator and am honored to serve our community in this new capacity." 

Dr. Alex Cherniss, Superintendent stated, “We are very excited to have Suzie join our Ed. Services team at the District Office. She has done great work at Cornerstone with student, families, and staff and we know she will continue to do so in her new role with the District.”
